Nicola Lott, M. SpEd., is an educator with over a decade of experience supporting neurodiverse learners. An OG Canada accredited practitioner and CERI Accredited Structured Literacy Interventionist, Nicola holds a Master's in Special Education with a concentration in Learning Disabilities. Driven by a commitment to systemic change and simplifying complex concepts, she founded the Canadian Academic Interventionists' Hub (CAI HUB). Nicola interprets research for the Canadian context, training, mentoring, and coaching educators in evidence-based literacy practices. She is passionate about equipping educators with Structured Literacy skills, empowering them to effectively support all learners.
